Thank you for your interest in booking with Monae Photography!



Booking & Payment

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date, time, and studio (if requested). The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot.



A late fee of $25 will be applied if the session begins more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.



Rescheduling

Clients are allowed one (1) reschedule if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Your deposit will be transferred to the new date.



Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session may result in a new deposit being required.



Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your session, the deposit will be forfeited.



If you need to cancel, please provide as much notice as possible.



Proofs & Image Selection

Watermarked, unedited proofs will be delivered via email within 3 days after your session. You will then select the images you’d like professionally edited.

Please note: Proofs are not to be shared or posted online.



Image Delivery

I do not provide RAW images.



After your selections are submitted, edited images will be delivered within 7–14 business days (typically within 7 days).



Rush editing is available for an additional $30 fee—please communicate in advance if needed.



Additional images beyond your package can be purchased for an extra fee.



Travel

Monae Photography is available for travel.

Sessions located more than 15 miles outside of Richmond, VA will incur a travel fee, which is based on distance.
